Payment by “credit card” takes place in two moments:
- at the time of the order, the amount necessary for the purchase is booked (at your credit institution);
- at the time of our email confirming the availability of the product, the previously booked sum is canceled.
The date of the operation will therefore not be the time of your order but of our product availability confirmation email.
Until the moment of our confirmation you can, through the personal area, cancel your order without any charge to your credit card (the order cancellation process also cancels the amounts booked). From the moment of our confirmation it will no longer be possible to cancel the order. This payment system allows for faster processing.
The following credit cards are supported: Visa, Mastercard & American Express
- Bank transfer
After choosing the “Bank transfer” option at checkout, an order confirmation email will be sent containing the bank details to make the payment. If you do not receive the email, check the spam box or contact customer service to check if the email address entered is correct. The products will be shipped only after crediting.
Shipments
To ship objects and furnishings of Antiquariato, Modernariato e Arte requires a series of slow and delicate operations, therefore, in some cases, delivery cannot be timely. The costs necessary for shipping the goods are calculated on the actual size of the objects and their destination.
We use the main couriers on the market such as FedEx, Brt, Ups, Dhl and SDA, trusted freight forwarders or we personally deliver the purchased goods.
The delivery – unless otherwise agreed – is intended outside the home on board the truck (or, as per contract, the courier is not required to unload the goods); any deliveries with tail lift (to bring the object to street height) will be agreed upon during the purchase with our customer service. You can check the shipping costs during the purchase confirmation phase.
The shipping cost includes packaging that will always be carried out in any case. Shipments are made only after registration of the payment. ( (In case of bank transfer it takes four / five working days).
The time required for crediting a payment is not attributable to the delay in shipment. Once the purchase and transport price payments have been made, we undertake to deliver the packaged product to the carrier as quickly as possible. We do our best to ensure that the products arrive in the best conditions but we cannot be held responsible for any damage deriving from any delay occurred during transport.
We ask the customer to indicate a delivery address where someone is always present (even a workplace, neighbor, etc.), and a telephone number where there is always availability. In case of non-delivery, the courier may contact you or leave a ticket with the instructions to follow. For any problems encountered with the shipment, please contact our customer service.
